The Brief

As a brand built on meaningful connections, Merci Maman needed a web experience that made jewellery customisation seamless while effectively communicating their unique selling points. Their existing site was underperforming, and they sought a solution to improve engagement and conversion.

Our Approach

Distil conducted an in-depth Competitor Analysis to align stakeholders on the brand’s digital direction. From there, we led a fast-paced, collaborative design process focused on enhancing UX, refining the brand’s visual language, and ensuring a seamless personalisation experience for customers.

The new website brought the Merci Maman brand to life, making personalisation intuitive while improving usability and conversion. The Merci Maman site was to be built by our Magento specialist partner agency, objectsource, so we designed the site with Adobe Commerce page builder in mind. Our approach was to create a series of ‘blocks’ that would maintain a balance with one another throughout the UX.
