Founder, Creative Director

Beckie Waters

Beckie has undertaken a variety of roles from working in-house, at consultancy level, and leading her team to complete a range of creative projects. Web Design and Brand Development are her specialist areas, working with brands from conception through to launch, or reworking an existing concept to become a more valuable investment. 

By combining the creative elements of Brand Development and design with practical applications in Project Management, UX, eCommerce and Marketing, she offers a creative yet pragmatic approach to design and communication. 

Beckie’s ability to apply her skillset to a multitude of sectors has seen her pick up a range of marketing and best in class web awards along the way. 

Founder, Technical Director

Tim Faulkner

Tim Faulkner is a software architect with over 20 years of commercial experience in software development and application design and build. He has created adaptive technologies for the ever-evolving needs of a diverse array of top-flight clients. His career spans multiple sectors, from working with sports data to building bespoke and custom e-marketing solutions for the pharmaceuticals and music industry. 

Tim has an agile approach to working with complex business types, from adapting to the needs of fast-emerging start-ups to government agencies and the civil service. Tim is a solutions-focused developer and technology consultant who thrives at implementing the right tools to overcome the restraints of available technologies to deliver the best possible user and client experience. 

Head of Design

Chels Callaghan

Chels is a multidisciplinary designer with a decade of experience in both digital and print.

After graduating from Brighton University with a BA Hons in Digital Media design, she started her career as a product designer working with a range of brands from Disney and Harry Potter, to Nintendo and Marvel. From there she made a successful transition into digital as an in-house UI and UX designer, working closely with product developers and engineers to create seamless online experiences.

Chels has experience working with clients of all sizes, from small, local independent businesses to established corporate companies, and genuinely loves the variety of projects and different people she gets to work with as a result.

Strategy & Copywriter

Fiona Miller

After completing an AHRC funded MA in Sonic Arts and Composition, Fiona worked a ten-year stint in advertising, during which she developed a passion for research. She cut her teeth as a young creative and analyst working with clients including Toyota, Sky and Vodaphone, until securing a long term role at Byte London as creative lead for Spotify. Whereby Fiona developed tone of voice for social and led a team of content creators and copywriters to produce editorial content across Europe, South Africa, and the U.S.

Fiona is currently a postgraduate researcher in music on the Sensation and Perception to Awareness Leverhulme Doctoral Scholarship Programme. Her research combines music and neuroscience, investigating the potential of sound as a tool for improving autonomic health and self-regulation by measuring its impact on biosignals. When she isn’t in the lab, she supports our clients with best in class research, strategy and copywriting.
