The Brief

Auriens engaged Distil to enhance their website’s UX and lead generation while refining their broader brand positioning. Early discussions revealed the need for an interim tone of voice and brand foundation to support these improvements.

We conducted a full technical site audit and competitor analysis, developing interim language guidelines for consistency. UX enhancements included a new conversion journey, redesigned apartment page templates, and new content blocks to improve engagement and lead generation. As the project evolved, our work expanded to writing and designing printed materials across various touch points. We also aligned messaging across digital, PR, SEO, and PPC teams for a unified brand experience.
