The Vet is a new concept in veterinary care with transparent pricing and a no appointment walk-in system.
Distil was asked to re-design the website as well as introduce an e-commerce element, create a client online registration process and account area, and future proof the site as a whole so that future practices could be added as they open.
Time with the client to better understand the detail around what they needed as well as the multiple third party api feeds coming into the site ensured user journey remained clear and simple.
Through careful mapping and wire framing we were able to create a new look, fully mobile responsive website that successfully achieved all elements of the brief.
